Swiss Business Tools sells digital products: PDF guides, fillable templates (Word/Excel) and interactive web tools (e.g. calculators and cockpits) that run directly in the browser. The products serve as general information and do not replace professional legal, tax or business advice.
Despite careful research and fact-checking, no warranty is given for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information provided. For binding information, we recommend consulting a licensed specialist (tax advisor, lawyer, trustee).
Digital products are made available immediately upon receipt of payment. Downloads (PDF, Word, Excel) are handled through the sales platform or a personal access page. For the interactive web tools, the buyer receives a personal licence key by email after purchase, which unlocks the tools. Access is valid for 1 year from purchase (including updates within this period) and can be activated on up to 3 devices. For technical issues, Swiss Business Tools is available at [email protected].
Since these are digital contents made available for download immediately after purchase, there is generally no right of withdrawal under Swiss law.
For purchases via Lemon Squeezy, their return policy applies.

With the purchase, the buyer receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal and own business purposes.
For the interactive web tools, a personal licence key is issued. It can be used on up to 3 devices at the same time, is valid for 1 year from purchase (including updates) and must not be passed on to third parties. In the event of misuse or sharing, Swiss Business Tools reserves the right to block the licence key.

Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the rules of private international law and the UN Sales Convention (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these T&Cs is Effretikon, Canton Zurich, Switzerland.
Should any provision of these T&Cs be wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
